June 15, 20223 yr Hello. I hope you understand what I'm trying to say. When fsx planes are guided by default gps they follow the path line but sometimes they go past the line and reincorporate later. Can I make them follow the path reducing that space? (no worries about bank angle) thank you! Edited June 15, 20223 yr by clay45ful

June 15, 20223 yr Winds can deviate the aircraft from the desired path, at least temporarily, I believe. Also default GPS/autopilot is not always precise, especially in turns. Edited June 15, 20223 yr by Simicro FS2024
June 16, 20223 yr I think you want the autopilot to be more precise about following the GPS NAV, this might be possible by tweaking the autopilot PID values. I don't know how to do it and as far as I know there is little to no documentation. You might try the values mentioned here: https://www.flightsim.com/vbfs/showthread.php?298656-Is-there-a-way-to-edit-autopilot&p=1977007#post1977007 Barry Friedman
