As for 1) You can limit the schedules to the addon type you have. E.g. you have the A320-family license and are employed by an airline that has a319, 320 and 321 in service. You can uncheck a319 and 321 before generating your next schedule and will only get routes for a320 in your schedule. For transparency: I'm a community mentor at the BATC discord. However, I do not get paid for it in any way.
