July 14, 20223 yr Commercial Member With MCE that is... Would appreciate feedback. Thanks Gerald R https://www.multicrewxp.com
July 31, 20223 yr I am on SU10 beta with PMDG b737. No grave problems so far. The only nuisance is that I have to start MCE twice. If I start MCE I get a message after one or two minutes that MCE will close and that I have to restart the flight and MCE. After that MCE is able to read instrument and panel states. Will this be fixed after PMDG has released its SDK or with the final release of SU10? Regards, Andreas Gutzwiller

If PMDG restore the "state reading" which was there in the initial release, MCE will re-adjust and there won't be the need to restart. A simulator or even aircraft update has no impact on current implementation. To prevent the need to restart MCE, as soon as the plane has finished loading and before you start MCE, press "ESC" to go to MSFS menu mode and click <Restart>.to reload the plane. There is a very good chance by the time you start MCE first time, it will find all it needs for fine control. Gerald R https://www.multicrewxp.com
July 31, 20223 yr Thank you. That's better. So I can restart the flight before starting MCE Regards, Andreas Gutzwiller
August 6, 20223 yr Does it have to do with the recent mini-update of SU10 beta? Whichever method I use I'm continuously asked do restart the flight and MCE but it never sticks. Regards, Andreas Gutzwiller
August 6, 20223 yr I don't think so. I am not on Beta and i am getting the same message e. g. with the Fenix A320 and PMDG 737: "In order to allow co-pilot to control all switches accurately, please restart the flight (not the simulator, then restart MCE." I am restarting the flight and getting the same message, ever and ever again. Edited August 6, 20223 yr by delfin8896 Detlef Fenske
