Yes, the Dell menus are not up to par. They don't have a windows app either, you have to use the buttons on the monitor. Build quality is battleship tough. The stand weighs more than the monitor, by far.

I'm running two 32" monitors side by side for MSFS. The bezel strip down the middle sucks but the image is deep and wide. There's nothing like it for a great immersion factor.

It looks like the width for 3 screens side by  side:

32" = 84 inches

27"  = 73 inches

24" = 64 inches

My 2 monitor setup is sort of a hack. A single dedicated ultra wide monitor is probably the best.

TurboKen: ""I highly recommend going ultrawide. A 34" if on a budget or 38-40" if you have the space. You can thank me later."

the Alienware QD-OLED is your friend - best performance & visuals!

Yah, visually speaking it's going to be one of the best, but I don't want 21:9 (2.33 aspect), it's basically CinemaScope.
Plus at $1,300 plus tax, that's a $1400 monitor. Preferring to stay under $500.

I tried CinemaScope on a projector with MSFS and it drove me nuts, it's great for movies though.
The best aspect ratio for MSFS is about 18:9 / 2.0 (for my preference), but they don't make monitors in that ratio.

Actually the thread could reduce energy costs so people don't waste electricity, thereby preventing potential fires from malfunctioning air conditoners.
We may have just saved a few thousand lives, and a few million dollars of wasted energy on 4k...

Yes then buy the next gen GPU AMD up to 450wat TDP Nvidia 600wat.
