Fenix A320 Mouse setting

Unable to adjust altitude knob from 1000's   to 100's. As an example I can't enter flight level 26300'. Can't get the mouse to move to the 100's select.  Any ideas as to what I'm missing on this? Thanks Walt

What I do is look at the altitude knob at kind of a side angle, as opposed to straight on. Then, my mouse is able to click on the back ring that changes from 1000's to 100's. If I am looking straight on at the knob, my mouse does not pick up that back ring.

Yes that worked for me...I was just typing the same solution lol, I think this needs to be addressed in the update.
