I corresponded with the author of the latest H21C helicopter for FSX regarding the external view and how it appears to be a telephoto zoomed view.I was wondering if anyone knows how to remedy this view??If you have the H21C can you please take a look to see if your external view (locked spot, spot whatever) appears to be zoomed in, so when you pan around the helo everything moves very fast....Just wonderin if anyone knows how to setup the cameras so it is a normal view like the default Bell or R22/etcThank you so much!

I think it has to do with a view point in his model when he saved it.But I'm not much of a modeller so I don't know how to fix it. The strange thing is - he said he used the default C172 camera settings...not sure what's up...

Well this might not be the best solution but works fine with me: I simply set the zoom to 1 and switch the distance between the camera and the object by pressing and holding

Well, the point is, no offense meant to the author as he did a wonderful, wonderful job on this helicopter, it is absolutely beautiful, but you shouldn't have to do all that. This question should probably be posted in the aircraft design forum, as I think it has to do with the settings used to save the model.But, honestly, I'll live with it, I'm just doing my best to answer the original question. I'll take a look at the cameras, but I think the author will have to look at his model to solve the issue.
