September 7, 20223 yr All of my cockpits were extremely blurry because when the sim was installed, it defaulted my monitor to an 80 degree field of view. I run at 1920 x 1080 and set my field of view on the graphics screen in X-plane to 65 degrees and all is well again! Especially after hitting Shift-9. Adjusting no graphics setting with the sliders in X-plane 12 or making changes to nvidia control panel settings would fix the blurries. Hope this helps!! September 7, 20223 yr The field of view should have no effect on the cockpit blur. So it's an XP12 bug to report. [Pc Intel i3-4160 3,6 GHz, 8 GB di RAM, GeForce RTX-3060 12 GB, Win10 Home 64 bit]
September 8, 20223 yr FOV will not affect how textures are displayed. Setting Texture Quality to anything below 'Maximum', setting 'Antialiasing' to FXAA or setting Rendering Resolution (FSR Supersampling) to anything below 'Off' WILL cause blurry cockpit textures, especially on the GNS 530 screens. December 18, 20223 yr Just make sure the resolution of the sim matches the monitor one Somehow the updates downgrades the resolution Stef AMD 9950X3D, Nvidia 5080, custom-made liquid-cooled OEM Virpl throttle, Control panel, and Collective Gufighter flightstick
