Another video that I think explains the basic settings (between Reactivity and Sensitivity) and their results in the simulator in an excellent way!

In addition, this video is laid out in a pedagogical way and the presentation is given in a calm and metediological way!

Nice results with @RALF9636 settings. On the rudder however I'm finding the extremity deadzone a bit too high. Taking off in stronger crosswinds, rudder lacks authority above 100 knots. A value of 30 seems to provide just enough control even in strong winds.
