No Logbook entry

Featured Replies

Just finished a two hour test flight.  Couple of stutters along the way but no CTD and one "No Internet Connection",  then less than a minute, "Connected successfully".

These don't bother me but my two hour flight doesn't show up in the logbook. My total flight hours didn't increase either.

If you had Dev Mode on at any point in your flight, that flight will not register in your logbook.

Thanks.  I didn't know that.  I had it on because it was a test flight.

I keep Excel spreadsheets as log books and disregard the MSFS logbooks. Don't trust them.

My Excel logbook goes back many many years across perhaps 9 or 10 sims/sim versions.  Simple to start, simple to maintain.

In MSFS, other than the issue with Developer mode, I believe a flight is logged if started warm and running on the runway.  If starting cold and dark, either call for the fuel truck or taxi to the fuel box and wait for the MSFS fuel and payload box to pop up.  Thence...
