Hello:

New problem today with the Fenix. I have flown 5 flights today. For each flight the flight plans have been brought in from Sim Brief, I added my departures and arrivals and away I went. HOWEVER. on 3 of the flights for some reason shortly after I was airborne the flight plan in my FMC disappears. The departure and arrival airports were still there, and maybe 1 or 2 waypoints, but the rest of the waypoints were gone.

What would cause this?

I have several hundred flights in the Fenix and have never seen this. Maybe you should try reinstalling it. 

I have the same issue - have you been able to fix it?

Did you load the flight plan with the engines running? I think that makes it go into the secondary flight plan instead of the primary Flight Plan.
