October 9, 20223 yr Hi I just tried the public beta - flying a route out if KO86 to KBVS in TBM 900. I got onto the center frequency after takeoff, but after multiple attempts to get clearance (using both voice and saying) I had to give up.. Could I have missed something? James W
October 9, 20223 yr Commercial Member Assuming K086 is a non-towered airport, the way to get clearance in the program is to call Center on the ground for your IFR Clearance. Then, when number one for departure, call for IFR Release "<CallSign> number one for departure runway xx requesting IFR Release". You'll get the release and be told to contact them when airborne. Then, after takeoff, call and make initial airborne contact with "<CallSign> climbing to xxxx feet". Dave
