LSH Maddog 2010 Pro FS9/FSX with Windows10

Featured Replies

Hello!

After many years of casual (mainly GA) sim flying, I would like to get into serious airliners. So the depth and many features of the Maddog would be perfect. But since I can't afford to change my flight sim rig to fly with P3Dv4+ or MSFS, I still use FS9 and FSX with their large hangar I have been building along the years.
I could not find the Maddog 2010 Pro FS9/FSX version anywhere to be bought, so I'm reaching out to you fellow AVSIM members to know if you could point me toward an online store where it is still available.
And by the way, can anyone tell me if the Maddog 2010 Pro would run on Windows 10?

Thanks for your help!

I can run the Maddog 2010 on both Windows 10 (FS9 and FSX confirmed) and 11 (FSX confirmed, FS9 yet to confirm) with no issue. Now you have the hardest part remaining: buy it.

If you can do with the next best thing, you may try the Lonny Payne panels for FS9 (freeware, available at Flightsim.com), or the Flight1 version (steam gauges available for FS9 and FSX, EFIS available for FSX only).

Hello Luis, and thank you for your input. I am glad the Maddog 2010 does work on Windows 10.

I sent an e-mail to Leonardo SH to know how I could buy this vintage edition, I'll keep you informed about how it goes.

Hi

As FS9 addon collector, I tried to approach to Leonardo with the intention of buying it. Sadly it wasn't possible. If you finally find a way, please, keep us informed. I'm interested too.

Regards

Sorry for answering so late. I have to review my notification preferences.

Years ago I tried bought from that page. I even tried contact them via email, but I don't remember if they didn't answer me or they told me that it wasn't possible sell a new license of this version. My memory leaks.

Sadly they didn't release a box edition like they did with the previous versions (published by Lago!). I was tempted to ask in the forum for buying the license to anyone who doesn't use FS2004 anymore. But I suppose that buying 2nd hand software addons has a lot of legal problems. And you'll never have the guarantee that the seller back to use it again. It's a pity.
