Some planes work and some don't msfs 2020

Featured Replies

Hey

I am downloading addon msfs (free aircfat) and install them in the community folder as described on YouTube .
but Some planes work and some don't.

I noticed that there are zip files of different sizes from 20mb to 300mb and more with a different folder structure.

1. How to make all planes work.
2. Can I combine (for example, adapt the cockpit of another aircraft to an aircraft that does not have a cockpit)

I apologize for the quality of my English.

Thanks

not all folders from experience are just copy and paste into the community folder, you need to copy the core folder

The folder that contains the "json" files is the core folder

There are many downloads where the the 1st folder to be opened contains things like images, a read me file and then core addon folder

You have to break it down layers until you reach that core folder with the "json" files

some painters are pretty bad to add several layers of folders before you get to the core addon files, the worst Ive seen is 4 layers before reaching the core folder

1. If those zip files are in the 'Community' folder there lies your problem. You must unzip to a folder you create first. Then once unzipped you 'copy the folder within it' and paste it into your community folder.

2. No
