Yep, finally bought the Beaver. Only problem is the seller said if you want it, it's in Cabo San Lucas. Jumped in the Black Square King Air and flew from BC down to Cabo to pick it up today. 

So far, an amazingly good experience. I'm expecting a whole lot lot of 250nm jumps. Running super smooth on my 2080ti, DX12, DLSS balanced, Nvidia Reflex low latency on, Terrain level of detail 150, G-Sync monitor locked at 52 fps in NCP, Rex AccuSeason. Like butter. The best flight sim experience since installing MSFS2020.

Next few days up the west coast back to Campbell River seaplane base in my new amphib. This going to be fun.
