Visiting Rapa Nui

Featured Replies

The beauty with MSFS is that we can now visit places we have never bothered to touch in any other sim. And with the help of some great free add-ons from the .to site, some of these places really come to life.

Rapa Nui might be better known under its international name Easter Island and some of us might remember the native name from the 1994 Kevin Kostner movie, starring Jason Scott Lee.

To get there, we start in Santiago and reach Easter Island’s or Isla de Pascua’s intern. airport Mataveri after an eight-hour flight in our newly acquired A310-300.

The next day we are off to tour the island

Great set of shots Bernd! 😉

Great post Bernd. I agree with you about flying in new places. I too seem to be visiting parts of the world that I didn't fly in previous sims 🙂.

Wonderful set of shots buddy !
