I made the following change in \MSFS\Official\OneStore\asobo-aircraft-generic-airliner-twinengines\SimObjects\Airplanes\Asobo_Generic_Airliner_TwinEngines and \Asobo_Generic_Airliner_QuadEngines: isAirTraffic=0. The parameter appears several times in the aircraft.cfg files, I changed them all. I left the other one as default (icao_generic=1). 

Loading in to KSFO with real-time online traffic and no generic models in sight. So I'll tick that off as "fixed". 

Then there's the terrible model matching which is worse in SU11 than SU10:

So I'll probably just use the FSLTL injector and deal with not having many landings for now.
