You can hit the "Data" button on the EFIS but I'm 99% sure it only shows altitude restraints....

BAH !!!

The lazy bums (at Boeing) couldn't have thrown it in with an ND revision down the line? Or would that have required additional "training" ?

Thrustmaster Boeing Yoke + TCA Sidestick + TFRP Rudders

The green circle on the VSD gives a form of this, by showing where on the lateral path you'll reach the currently commanded speed.  But for looking ahead, yes you need to reference the FMC.
