Does anyone know of a program that will detect this to automate ambient lighting through google home? Thanks If you have Air Manager, the Simstrumentation group has released an Ambient Light Dimmer instrument that can be used to dim the backlighting in various Air Manager instruments that they've published. They have also posted instructions on how to use this dimmer (coupled with an Arduino) to automatically dim Hue bulbs as well:https://github.com/Simstrumentation/Air-Manager/tree/main/Ambient_Light_Dimmer and specific information about the Hue dimming feature:https://github.com/Simstrumentation/Air-Manager/tree/main/Ambient_Light_Dimmer/Philips_Hue_Light_Dimming Edited January 18, 20233 yr by Malaromane
January 19, 20233 yr For years I am looking for something slightly different : ambilighting that gives more/less lighting depending on the lighting on the screen(s). Depending on the lighting in the environment around you. So more wheh the sun is shining on your windscreen and less with an overcast or no lighting at night… And anything in between.
