I stayed the night in Cascade Locks - and then departed to Goldendale.  The TAF showed clearing skies for the evening which is exactly what I was hoping for.  Goldendale has a really nice observatory for star gazing.

This area really is majestic and some beautiful shots here Ryan.  I particularly like the third shot from the bottom.
