Huge drop in FPS makes it unflyable

So I flew a few circuits around EGNT in the Fenix A320, did a full stop landing, reloaded the aircracft and flew down to EGLL (without restarting the sim) and I got low frames again (not half as bad as before however). So, from my experiements and flights straight to EGLL, frames are good, any flight that includes a stop somewhere else before flying onward to EGLL results in poor frames on arrival in London. Does this mean it is some kind of memory leak? What is the possible solution?

Did you establish if this only happens when you fly to Heathrow? Have you tried to do this anywhere else?

Seems to only be EGLL (iniBuilds)

Have you tried it without having that installed? And any other scenery in the area?

In another twist to my FPS mystery, I just started a flight from EGLL and while using the drone cam suddenly my frames dropped again (I was in the FBW A320N, not the Fenix). I was using FSLTL and I noticed this on runway 27R/09L...

It's like all the planes FSLTL was supposed to spawn at gates, were all put together here. Not sure how or why this happened, but could this have contributed to frame drop? Just coincidence that both happened together...

Perhaps, yes. Weird. Can you replicate that?

Have you tried without having iniBuilds Heathrow installed?

It's happened twice in the same place on 27R (both times with FSLTL).

I haven't tried without iniBuilds EGLL yet as wasn't sure this was a scenery issue, but a traffic one..? Weirdly even after I shutdown the FSLTL injector, the weird pile of traffic was still there..!

It's possible that it could be a combo of both. It seems possible to me that the scenery is causeing your traffic issue and your traffic issue is causing you performance issue if you know what I mean. Pure speculation though until you start eliminating the maybes.

Try without both for a while. Then add the airport and repeat and then the traffic and again repeat. Sucks, I know but it's the only way I know of to isolate the problem and you need to isolate the problem. If you no longer have those performance issues when neither of those things are installed you know it's one or both of them. Add heathrow and if still no problem then you add traffic. If problems come back keep the traffic and remove Heathrow. If problem goes away then it's something to do with Heathrow. If you catch my drift.

I use both iniBuilds Heathrow and FSLTL and have never seen that happen with the traffic and you seem to be able to replicate it so something seems amiss.

I wonder if this was caused by me restarting FSLTL mid-flight? On both occasions I restarted FSLTL after aircracft had been generated

Anything is possible, I suppose, but that would surprise me.

Out of curiosity, why would you be restarting that during a flight?

I was flying ATH-LHR and thought all aircraft had disappeared so tried regenerating AI traffic which didn't make a difference, so shut down FSLTL entirely and restarted.

It just seems strange that when I've had the drop in FPS, this weird AI merging of aircracft has happened and that coincided with me restarting FSLTL
