from 3 series to 4 series is it really worth it ?

Posted similar topic, my previous spec: 

i5 10700K, 32 GB RAM, 3080Ti - on average my fps on IniBuilds A310/EGLL (in the cockpit): ~30fps 

Made upgrade and replaced only 3080Ti with 4080 -> same scenario, on average ~50-60 fps

Do not waste money/resources with CPU upgrade 

With prices in my country, I have sold my 3080Ti for 40% of the price of new 4080, so not bad deal

If you want a NEW 30 Series GPU now could be the right time to start looking retailers heavily discounting to rid stock.
