February 26, 20233 yr Hello everyone, I'm new to the sim world and I wanted to prepare for my sim so I wanted to get LTFM scenery. However, I needed to know if all the fms/ils frequencies would update and come with that scenery or not. If someone could explain, that would be greatly appreciated.

I presume yes, so they can match the RWY headings and G/s. But do you have Navigraph? If yes, than this might affect them. But don't worry, it will be still correct headings.

February 26, 20233 yr The airport files that come with most decent add-on sceneries usually include updated conventional navaid data--VOR, ILS, and NDB data. Sometimes things are missed--the usual culprit is DME that's been added to an ILS somewhere along the way. GPS and WAAS are not modelled natively in any of the mainstream sims, AFAIK, so that has to be simulated within the aircraft add-on itself, often using add-on FMS navdata like what Navigraph provides. As far as a particular scenery, you'd need to specify which one (airport, developer, and sim platform), and I'd imagine you'll find someone here has it and can answer that question.
