March 7, 20233 yr I am using beta beta 5k. My headphones have always been recognized in the past. They are on the list of "speech output devices". I have not had a problem with any other beta. March 7, 20233 yr Commercial Member Most likely a volume setting problem. First check to be sure the Windows speaker icon in the system tray is not "x"d out / muted. Then check the Volume mixer to see if P2A volume is all the way up. Also, check in the P2A Com panel that the Volume is all the way up by clicking on the Volume Up button until the green volume indicator is all the way up. If that doesn't work, then check the Windows sound settings to be sure a Windows update didn't change something. Dave
