March 9, 20233 yr I was wondering if I can use the USB-C slot on the back of my motherboard and free up a USB-A slot for other devices. Can the TM Boeing Yoke work with USB-C to USB-C cable instead of me using the USB-C to USB-A that comes with it. March 9, 20233 yr As a bit of a tech guy, I would think an adapter going A to C would be just fine. I'm not familiar with the Yoke, but if it takes USB - C as an input, a quick cable or adapter to the PC grab from Amazon would be my go to. If it doesn't work or degrades performance, you can send it back. My USB C devices work just fine with an adapter or a C to A cable when connected to the PC
March 9, 20233 yr Yes you can. The signal pinouts are compatible...most USB-C ports have higher power delivery capability, but that poses no compatibility issues.
