May 25, 20233 yr Already the second day in a row: Now flying in Alaska with live weather and it is totally clear sky. But satelite shows a lot of cloud coverage, even the metar inside MSFS shows overcast.

Or the real world will be CAVOK and MSFS will interpret this as horizon-to-horizon visibility and zero clouds. Or it could be a data interruption with meteoblue for that region. I don't know which might be going on. Rhett 7800X3D ♣ 96 GB G.Skill Flare ♣ Gigabyte 4090 ♣ Crucial P5 Plus 2TB

Yes, and the preview window in select a flight also shows a lot of clouds but then in the sim totally clear sky. Also METAR in the weather window shows overcast. So the sim should know the weather because it bassically says itself it should be overcast. Really weird behavior. Edited May 26, 20233 yr by rob0203
