Ugly plane but beautiful put in picture via these crispsharp screenies. Is the grass in shots 3 and 2nd last from the Frankfurt airport Add? If default so in XP12 then it's remarquable natural.

Also the wet tarmac in backlighted shot 2 is very well done.

I'm not a fan of the Beluga but these are  some fantastic screenshots. Thanks for sharing them with us.

Well, Filou. that is one ugly mother of a plane. Even at 10 dolllars in the recent offer I wasn't tempted (but I did get the A330). But as ever, these are fantastic pictures. The reflections in the first shot are pretty amazing.

I am becoming increasing prone to wanting to fly in XP at the moment. Which is a bit annoying, given the amount I've spent on MSFS. I shall perservere with both for now, but I seem to be having some bad luck with the PG in the areas I've been flying in in MSFS recently.

I also need to try and remember/figure out the camera mechanisms for XP again. Gotten so used to the drone cam in MSFS. Your airport/surface shots are stunning - they really highlight what XP is capable of now.

Keep 'em coming Filou. I don't care about flight models and all that stuff, but you are making a very convincing case for the visuals (lighting etc) in XP - and that's what I care about.

Ryzen 9 7900X, Corsair H150 AIO cooler, 64 Gb DDR5, Asus X670E Hero m/b, 3090ti, 13Tb NVMe, 8Tb SSD, 16Tb HD, 55" Philips 4k HDR monitor, EVGA 1600w ps, all in Corsair 7000D airflow case. Sims in use - 2020, 2024, XP-12 and -11, FSX/SE, P3Dv4.5 and v5.4. DCS and AFS2 installed but rarely used

Thank you

There are also ugly people, fortunately some like them for who they are is not it.🙂

Grass from Frankfurt Airport. The light rendering of XP12 makes all the difference. It brings incredible realism effect and feeling. Here we are less under the effect coloring book.

Thank you andy.

If you are passionate money does not exist.I always go in the direction that I consider more realistic and that's the only thing that interests me, no matter what the name of the simulator is.XP12 gives me that overall feel. The feeling of being there in a heavy and powerful aircraft.

With XP12 the movement on the ground is a pure regale and for the entire duration of the climb to reach cruising level as well.Even with the default 737 I take great pleasure.I also use Active Sky 12 and turbulence when it exists is a trolley cakes to eat by the teaspoon. It is a rock solid balance despite the changes in wind strength and direction.

For me the XP12 light rendering  erases the coloring book effect of MSFS.Light rendering, color, clouds, live weather are the four most important points!and everything must be balanced to bring a natural atmosphere . It is enough that one of the four points listed is not good for it to spoil everything else. It is a know-how, craftsmanship.

Have you ever seen the raindrops falling on the surface of a puddle avec XP12?!

Have you ever listened to the rain falling near a major airport with the noise of planes, road traffic with XP12?! If Daniela Rodriguez Careri  was near me I would jump on her with a bouquet of flowers.

XP12 is not even a year old and believe me you will hear about him crescendo.

IT is the unshakable quiet force of XP...
