Possible Problems with MB Update?

Featured Replies

I'm in the throws of updating my rig and likely to jump across to Ryzen 7, in doing so, I will need to upgrade my MB. I'm just wondering if I may run into trouble reinstalling MSFS and Win10. All the original registries having been lost in relation to licencing and so forth, or does the sim only rely on your MS account and email? Thanks.

The sim itself needs only your MS account credentials. You can even install it on a second machine which never has seen MSFS before.

There may be addons, though, needing registry entries.

Kind regards, Michael

Just make sure your windows key is attached to your digital account, this link will help. I've just done quite a few upgrades and went pretty smooth.
