June 15, 20232 yr Hi Dave, I need to use LittleNavMap to export a custom flightplan that I can import in Pilot2ATC but none of the available import options are working. This is the route as pasted to the clipboard from LittleNavMap: MMTO MEX PBC PB50A MM20 Quote Route description: MMTO N0271A150 MEX PBC PB50A MM20. Flight plan from Toluca International Airport (MMTO) to Cordoba (MM20). Distance without procedures: 154 NM. Found 5 waypoints: MMTO MEX PBC PB50A MM20. Using cruise altitude 15,000 ft for flight plan. Regardless of format, when I try to import this route, Pilot2ATC throws up an error, 'Unable to import text into Flight Plan. Check format of the pasted text.' I have tried loading a .pln, text in 'Spoiler' tag below, and importing the text above by pasting into the import window and trying to import in all of the available formats, always with the same error. Any ideas? Thank you, Toby Spoiler <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?> <SimBase.Document Type="AceXML" version="1,0"> <Descr>AceXML Document</Descr> <FlightPlan.FlightPlan> <Title>MMTO to MM20</Title> <FPType>IFR</FPType> <RouteType>LowAlt</RouteType> <CruisingAlt>15000</CruisingAlt> <DepartureID>MMTO</DepartureID> <DepartureLLA>N19° 20' 33.16",W99° 34' 20.76",+008466.00</DepartureLLA> <DestinationID>MM20</DestinationID> <DestinationLLA>N18° 52' 23.02",W96° 57' 25.59",+002893.00</DestinationLLA> <Descr>MMTO, MM20</Descr> <DeparturePosition>NW PARKING 3</DeparturePosition> <DepartureName>Toluca International Airport</DepartureName> <DestinationName>Cordoba</DestinationName> <AppVersion> <AppVersionMajor>11</AppVersionMajor> <AppVersionBuild>282174</AppVersionBuild> </AppVersion> <ATCWaypoint id="MMTO"> <ATCWaypointType>Airport</ATCWaypointType> <WorldPosition>N19° 20' 13.49",W99° 33' 57.74",+008466.00</WorldPosition> <ICAO> <ICAOIdent>MMTO</ICAOIdent> </ICAO> </ATCWaypoint> <ATCWaypoint id="MEX"> <ATCWaypointType>VOR</ATCWaypointType> <WorldPosition>N19° 26' 17.58",W99° 4' 7.69",+015000.00</WorldPosition> <ICAO> <ICAORegion>MM</ICAORegion> <ICAOIdent>MEX</ICAOIdent> </ICAO> </ATCWaypoint> <ATCWaypoint id="PBC"> <ATCWaypointType>VOR</ATCWaypointType> <WorldPosition>N19° 9' 39.31",W98° 22' 12.64",+015000.00</WorldPosition> <ICAO> <ICAORegion>MM</ICAORegion> <ICAOIdent>PBC</ICAOIdent> </ICAO> </ATCWaypoint> <ATCWaypoint id="PB50A"> <ATCWaypointType>Intersection</ATCWaypointType> <WorldPosition>N18° 55' 56.15",W97° 31' 26.24",+009751.27</WorldPosition> <ICAO> <ICAORegion>MM</ICAORegion> <ICAOIdent>PB50A</ICAOIdent> <ICAOAirport>MMPB</ICAOAirport> </ICAO> </ATCWaypoint> <ATCWaypoint id="MM20"> <ATCWaypointType>Airport</ATCWaypointType> <WorldPosition>N18° 52' 23.02",W96° 57' 25.59",+002893.00</WorldPosition> <ICAO> <ICAOIdent>MM20</ICAOIdent> </ICAO> </ATCWaypoint> </FlightPlan.FlightPlan> </SimBase.Document> Edited June 15, 20232 yr by toby23 Ryzen 5800X3D, 64GB RAM, RTX 4090, Windows 11Link to my: Dynamic Flight Dispatch Tool
June 15, 20232 yr Commercial Member That is not a supported format for import. However, if you remove N0271A150, it does import correctly as a SIMBrief format. You could export from LNM to one of the supported formats and then use the import button at the bottom of the Flight Plan to import. Or just be sure the text string doesn't have any unsupported notations. Dave
June 15, 20232 yr Commercial Member Toby, The .pln file you sent me imported correctly for P2A 2.7.0.0 Public Beta 1A. Update to the latest Beta version and you should be good to go. Dave
June 15, 20232 yr Author I updated and still get the same error.. Edited June 15, 20232 yr by toby23 Ryzen 5800X3D, 64GB RAM, RTX 4090, Windows 11Link to my: Dynamic Flight Dispatch Tool

June 15, 20232 yr Commercial Member Then it should work unless you don't have MM20 in your data. That is a remote airport, not in the AIRAC data. To get it into P2A, you would need to import all airports from MakeRunways after running it against MSFS. Dave
June 15, 20232 yr Author You'll have to forgive me for not being able to remember but doesn't P2A read the sim database or does it rely solely on a MakeRunways import or does it start only with Navigraph and go from there? June 15, 20232 yr Commercial Member For FS, MSFS and P3D, you have to run MakeRunways against the SIM, then P2A imports from there. See the section on Taxi Maintenance in the P2A operations manual. Dave

June 15, 20232 yr Author Dave, I've run Make Rwys. I can see the airport in Taxi Mnt but there is no icon in the map for a recognised airport there in P2A with Show Runway option set to All and I still cannot import the flightplan. Any ideas? June 15, 20232 yr Commercial Member After you run TaxiMnt, you have to restart P2A to load the new version of the data you just imported. Dave
June 15, 20232 yr Author Had to do that a few times. But the airport is finally showing in P2A now. Appreciate your help. Ryzen 5800X3D, 64GB RAM, RTX 4090, Windows 11Link to my: Dynamic Flight Dispatch Tool
