Since last update now i can't check the copilot respond to radio option , when i active it and chage the screen it is deactivated automatically

When you save it, the settings are written to the AppConfig.xml file.  If that file is corrupt the change won't be saved or used.

Renaming or deleting that file will reset all settings to default and a new file will be created, eliminating the possibility of corruption.

The AppConfig.xml file is located at:
c:\users\<UserName>\AppData\Roaming\P2A_200\Settings\AppConfig.xml
where <UserName> is your PC user name.
Portions of the path may be hidden by default, so be sure Windows Explorer has Show Hidden Items checked in the View tab.
