Can someone please tell me what is going on?

Completed a flight on Friday. All went well.
Fired up the sim this morning and this is what I'm greeted with when I reach the point of choosing my departure airfield. No search option and also no "Fly Now" button nor "Set Time" either. 😒
I tried uninstalling two Windows updates (that parked themselves into Win11 - the day before, I believe(?)) but they seem to be of the type that cannot be uninstalled.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Try starting MSFS in Safe Mode.  There is no optional method to start in safe mode so you may need to force MSFS to present the option by closing a session of MSFS unnaturally, such as using Windows Task Manager to "end task".  It is possible after starting in safe mode and exiting normally the issue may resolve when restarted.

Also try emptying your Community folder if you have not done so.  If you are not using Addons Linker, then simply rename your Community for the time being so MSFS does not find it.  Do not relocate it, just rename it so you can rename it back to Community later.  Easiest way is to simply enter a leading character in the folder name, such as an underscore character line this:  "Community" to "_Community".

I'll give that a go. I do use Addons Linker so I'll have to figure out a way around that.

Thanks for the suggestions, guys. I hope I don't have to go through the whole uninstall-reinstall dance.

Then just deselect all addons in linker.  Pretty simple.  Even if using addons linker you can use the folder rename for a temporary test.
Another question for you.  My own MSFS crashed during a flight today and will not restart.  I tracked to the MS site and learned a number of recent nvidia drivers are causing issues, and the recommendation is to revert to nVidia driver 531.29.  You might also check out that issue.  Take a look at this link:

I'm on 536.23 and haven't encountered any issue with the driver since installation. I'm not ruling it out, of course.

As it's the weekend, RL (wife) takes precedence over sim related issues so I will be trouble shooting first thing on Monday.

Once again, many thanks for the input! 👍
