Yes I have hopes that my I9 10900k will perform better with multicore.

No, but it can't keep up with 40 series cards.

Team 8700K* checking in ... upgraded from a 1080ti to 4070ti , settings high-ultra with 300 Terrian LOD , getting 70+fps on the ground and 90+ in the air with FG on .. absolute madness and with more to look forward to. Just fantastic!

* Stock speeds, too!

Yeah !  Had to jump in here.  Upgraded from 3080 to 4080 and I was really pleasantly surprised at the jump in performance.  It made spending that cash a little less painful. 

I am going to try DX12 again to see what that brings.  But having to turn bloom ‘off’ is a bummer.
