"Maxing out everything" is definitely not the way to go...Your card should be capable of giving you just as good pictures as on the FSX site, but be careful with the settings or you'll overload the card and things go blurry.Try 2m textures, water 1x low, no traffic and no autogen to start.4 x anti-aliasing and 4 or 8 x anisotropic filtering should be a good starting point. If you cannot consistently get 20 fps, your settings are too high ! To improve that you'll likely need a faster CPU, not a better card.
