Other way around: MCT is for emergencies basically. I’ve never used it. I use TO power for TO and then switch to Climb once airborne. O fly out of sea level airports at high temps all the time, no problems. Which should be the case. You should see any difficulty in taking off out of higher elevation airports, not at sea level.
