September 17, 20232 yr Commercial Member Hi Mike. There are times when the displayed Flt Plan won't match ATC's flight plan. For example, if you get assigned a new approach or STAR and don't enter it into the flight plan, then ATC would be following a different plan than the one displayed. When you File the flight plan, that sends it to ATC. ATC then creates its own copy and manages the flight from that copy. If it assigns a procedure, it only updates its copy. As in the real world, you would be responsible for updating your copy of the plan in the aircraft. Another possibility is that the aircraft is flying a route parallel to the one ATC is tracking. There is a setting in Config to adjust the "Allowed Course Deviation". Setting this to a higher value will prevent getting called off course when the problem is a slight difference in the track of the SIM. Dave
