October 3, 20232 yr Hi I've never had this before in any aircraft before the latest update ive even reinstalled MSFS as i thought the file was corrupted the 747 is fine. No matter what i do i cant enter V Ref speeds i get takeoff speeds deleted (speeds deleted due to change in takeoff conditions on the fmc enter speeds on takeoff ref page) I'm no novice ive flown pmdg for years etc im stumped with this one. It was fine before the update anybody got a clue?. It was fine before the update anybody got a clue?. It is worth noting that in the actual aircraft models such as 787, 744, and 748, any changes made to the perf init, thrust limit, flaps, or OAT that varies more than 3°C can cause the t.o. speeds to be deleted automatically. I cannot recall if the same applies to the 737 regarding the 3°C OAT. Unfortunately, the ASOBO 787 and 748 have several bugs, despite being a work in progress. These bugs have not been resolved yet, and they are causing many inconveniences. 747 Captain for the last 39 years, and still learning.

Work around is to always use the Captains FMC. Never heard of or experienced in the 87. Your might visit the WT Discord to find a better reason or solution. -B
October 4, 20232 yr I reported this bug in August and the steps do reproduce on 25/8. Unfortunately, the team indicated that there was not enough time left in the beta to fix it. Here are the steps to reproduce from my Discord post: Load in on a runway On captain's FMC complete RTE page and activate In DEP/ARR page select departure runway Complete PERF INIT page On TAKEOFF REF page set flaps, cg set v ref speeds in TAKEOFF REF page go to FO FMC and click INIT REF and v speeds will be deleted with no way to bring it back

October 4, 20232 yr A couple of points of interest if you watch that video, which is good by the way. To answer his question about pressing the FULL option , the real 787 EFB will indeed show full TO without fixed derates, eg TO-1, so in this respect the simulator EFB is correctly simulated. The real aircraft EFB will also populate the temperature field with it’s measured OAT , however if the ATIS temperature is higher manually enter this. 787 captain.
