Hello noaa weather doesnt work anywhere in the world. Does anybody have same issue? Thanks

Thanks to the Government, NOAA weather is no longer available from it's old location or even in the same format.  All SIM products, including P2ATC are having to redo the NOAA weather logic to accommodate this change.

Just updated to the latest beta version on Pilot2ATC and still has no weather reports.

Using 2.7.0.0 Beta 7G3b or later ?

NOAA working fine here.

You must update to the Beta version of Pilot2ATC.  NOAA changed their web site and the location of their METAR data.  The version 2.6.4.2 has the old NOAA information.  The Beta version has the new information and provides weather correctly.
