I think it was the most interesting discussion and Twkster had the floor to discuss the flight modeling improvements in detail. He explaining how to check if the aircraft accuracy is done well by a developer (for any aircraft) and how your flight controllers setting should be set. His emphasis on practicing hand flying the aircraft (zibo mod) with the flight controllers setting the pitch, roll and yaw, to the left instead of the right (which has been recommended but that might change now) and take command of the aircraft. He said that non pilots will finds the aircraft too flimsy with the setting to the left, but he saids that is to be expected. But having the settings set to right will affect the flight model whom many find that it makes the aircraft feel heavier. He explains the reason, with the setting to the right, it contributes (for what I understand from the video) a dampening effect on the flight model that doesn't not allow the aircraft to behaved in its natural responds as they had design it to be. He went over how to test to determine if the aircraft is behaving according to it design. But he also said that if you are happy with your present controller settings, you can continue to use them, just be aware that sliding the pitch, roll and yaw to the right will affect the flight model of the Zibo mod. He did say that the response curve is a better option based on the fact that all flight controllers are not all not made equal but didn't going into too much on how to set them. It was very good candid discussion on the Zibo mod and the challenges they had with the changes from LR on the X-plane modeling improvements. Edited November 15, 20232 yr by BobFS88

The one thing I like to see is if we can get this to developer for Self load Cargo so that he can see if he find the triggers to make it work with his software. His does the same thing but the timings are much better and has better interacting between the pilot and crew as well coordinating the door closer. The nice things about software is it can talk in different languages and is voice activated. The only thing is he prioritising his focus on the Fenix lately. But he does work with Xplane quite extensively as well. Going back to zibo, the other things that where fix where the AP for the flight modeling. When ever get a chance to fly the zibo, I would to set it up according to what Twkster recommended with the controller setting to the left instead of the right and practice flying that way. Use the response curve instead to get the right feel.
