November 22, 20232 yr Hello all, I am rather new to MSFS having being a user of P3D. I’ve noticed on FlightSim.to some of the PMDG 737 liveries available have some awesome cockpit decals such as CAT III LAND etc. I was just wondering if I wanted to add some myself is it easy to do? I did try a few weeks back and failed miserably. If someone could outline how to do it that would be great. Thanks, Jonathan. - Jonathan Daley
December 15, 20232 yr Hi Jonathan, a bit late to the thread I'm afraid. What I've done in my cockpit, is to first zoom into a decal that you like in the virtual cockpit of the aircraft of your choice, making the image as big as possible, save a screen shot, then open it in an image editor, such as Photoshop, and literally reproduce the decal at 300ppi. Make sure it's the correct size, then simply save it to a standard photo size, for example, an 8"x6" and then get it printe dat a phot store. Once you receive the prints it's just a matter of using some double sided tape to stick it to the MIP. Simples!
