Not sure  you mean by "get navaids"?

On the map you have to zoom in closer to see waypoints, NDB and VOR.

If you'd like to search for navaids: Menu "Window" -> "Shortcuts" -> "Navaid search".

BTW: You details are a bit too high. Set to default in the "Map" menu.

i want to see all the waypoint/navaids not just the ones that i filed for if that makes sense. I think i found what i was trying to say these but when i flown over the Atlantic from Saint Martin to Newark last night i didn't see any of these. https://ibb.co/vq6YkY9

You already have waypoints enabled. Waypoints are shown only on close zoom to avoid flooding the map.

You can increase the detail level in menu map to see waypoints at these levels but performance will suffer.
