A simple way to dramatically increase frame rates

Hi Dirk, ha, there you go! :-) With MTX, the easiest tweak is to not set scenery complexity(SC) beyond 'Dense'. At this setting, the smallest amount of jetways is animated and powerful systems should be able to handle it with relative ease. Perhaps give it a go? Besides a couple of buildings, at airports, the last two SC notches are mainly jetways. Once we release the optional aircraft.cfgs, you will have more options to fine tune AI/FSX performance. Cheers and kind regards Jaap

Now I'm suggested to give it all up for a few dozens of stupid jetways. Lol, Never! If I have to, I know some other alternatives. ;)

Hehe, it's done, took me 30 sec to replace all {Exits} with //{Exits}Jaap, when working on the config files in the aircraft floders, pls note there's a double {Exits} entry in BAe1462MX. Don't know if it affects anything, but it sure looks superfluous there.

yup. and it's so easy to implement, too. enough to reinstall fsx each time you want to play...;-)
