iniBuilds payware A300-600, ZFWCG entry cause freeze.

Featured Replies

Dear:

IniBuilds said, they are unable to produce this problem.

Whenever I try to input ZFWCG in the FMC INIT-B page, it won't sit in the box prompt and every thing freezes.

Flt. Plan: VGJR to VGHS:

VGJR Bay 1, RW 34, JSR, airway W2 - waypoints- JSR, IBANU, MIMAR, DAC. Approach at ILS RW 14, Transition MIMAR. CI-40, weights in kgs, 1000, 1000, 600. Fuel 12 Tons. First, I enter the F-PLN. Then, in the INIT-B page, I enter/line select ZFW, Block fuel. No problem. But just when I try to enter ZFWCG, it does not sit in the box prompt and the messy black magic begins! Everything hangs!?

Please note, I also tried the same flight with iniBuilds A310. But no issues! I can input ZFWCG in the FMC. How a freeware (default Asobo/iniBuilds) could be more stable than the payware A300-600?

Please help.

Regards,

Haseen Ahmad.

What ZFWCG value did you enter?  And where did you get the number?

I need to know the above so that I can enter the same number.

Dear Mace:

Thanks for your response! I entered 24.6 as ZFWCG. Got that from EFB Weight & Balance page.

Haseen Ahmad.

Just a shot in the dark:

Are your OS local settings set to any language that uses non latin letters?

In the past there were instances with add ons or MSFS itself acting up when that was the case.

Dear Farlis:

How do I check that?
