February 18, 20242 yr I just purchased the LoupeDeck live and downloaded the MSFS 2020 profile from their website.Although it works pretty good, I need to customize it for non standard settings like using LVARs. Is there a good forum or other technical resource, that deals with development? I tried responding to a thread of the original developer, but haven’t heard back from him yet. It seems pretty easy to update, but it only lists a subset of the MSFS 2020 variables. Overall, what an awesome device! Thanks! Edited February 18, 20242 yr by Skyseek
February 18, 20242 yr You can try checking the GitHub repository of the plugin author here: https://github.com/calibx/msfsdeck There hasn't been much activity there for over a year, but it appears that a new version may be in the works. The plugin is open source; so if you know anything about C#, you're free to dive in and tinker.
February 18, 20242 yr I am watching this - interesting. I have a Loupedeck with the MSFS template installed and it works well except for the trim, which doesn't seem to synchronise to the actual trim level set in the plane at start up. Always shows 0 at first. Rob (but call me Bob or Rob, I don't mind). I like to trick airline passengers into thinking I have my own swimming pool in my back yard by painting a large blue rectangle on my patio. Intel 14900K in a Z790 motherboard with water cooling, RTX 4080, 32 GB 6000 CL30 DDR5 RAM, W11 and MSFS on Samsung 980 Pro NVME SSD's. Core Isolation Off, Game Mode Off.
March 9, 20242 yr Just wanted to provide a heads-up that Calibx has released v3.01 of the Msfsdeck plugin for Loupedeck Live on Github: https://github.com/calibx/msfsdeck/releases I didn't have much success installing it by double-clicking the .lplug4 file (Windows was probably blocking it); but opening the Add-on Manager in the Loupedeck UI and selecting "+Install plugin from file" allowed me to update it. Right now, the Marketplace still has the older version (2.4)
