November 30, 200619 yr The Russian ex-spy and dissident Alexander Litvinenko died last week in suspicious circumstances in London as a result of poisoning by radio-active Polonium-210. Police investigating his death have found traces of radio-activity of two of British Airway's aircraft that had been on recent services to and from Moscow. A third aircraft has been taken out of service in Moscow and is being flown back to the UK for tests.As a result, BA is having to contact some 33,000 passengers and about 3,000 crew who have recently flown on these aircraft between between 25 October and 29 November with a view to checking their health.
