Wow...no parking brakes and no chocks while parked on an incline.  It must have really picked up some speed to completely tear off the right stab.

I would not want to be a maintenance supervisor there right about now!

What with that and planes colliding at Heathrow whilst being towed, it's not been a good couple of weeks for ground crews!
