I tried to post a question about it over there in one of the other channels, but it seems it was removed. All a bit strange amidst their celebration of SimFX being their best seller ever.

I've noticed that too. My only explanation would be that people were using it as a channel for bug reports rather than user to user support. I'm not sure if that would justify closing the channel though, as there weren't that many threads anyway. Weird.
