Yves I placed an order today to use with the FlightFX Citation 750. Clearly stated on their web site is an anticipated 5 weeks backlog. Earlier this year I had an issue with QC on a failed joint on a Baron throttle handle. Rather than email I opened a support ticket. I received very timely support, and a quick replacement. I have a excellent and highly representative set of ProDeskSim Bravo attachments for the Hjet (Hondajet), and same for a Baron B/G 58. Both are A+. While orders are slow to ship out, it's clearly stated on the website that there will be a delay. I, too, have had no issues contacting them via either email or a support ticket when needed. I have no reservations about recommending their products.
