May 26, 20242 yr We're currently getting hit with severe thunderstorms south of where I live. While I was watching on Windy.com I noticed it showed a tiny circle of lower rain where the news reported a tornado, then saw another a few miles to the east, also reported on the news. I just now saw another even farther to the east, not reported. This was on the radar display, which shows lightning strikes and current rainfall. I didn't know windy would display tornados, even incidentally. If you're ever in a situation where you have to keep an eye out for tornados, this might be of use. The circles only appeared on one update of the weather (about every 6 minutes) but you can see them on the one hour historical weather animation. Stay safe.
