P42 releasing A320 Immersion this week

Featured Replies

The guys at Parallel 42 will be releasing their first aircraft's immersion package for its already released SimFX utility. Sounds very interesting for people flying the A320. They're many: Fenix, iniBuilds, FBW, Asobo v1, LatinVFR/HorizonSim (haven't missed any?). At their site, they mention the A320 immersion the new effects will work for every A320, except some on the latinVFR buses. The question will be if those new effects will show on those A320s that are "encrypted" (the developers need to "open" them to P42 beforehand). Since I'm mostly flying the iniBuilds A320 (that's encrypted) would like to know if the A320 immersion package will serve any purpose or will the package be more intended for those flying the Fenix's A320 (which is already worked out between Fenix and P42).

So far, I wasn't able to post my question directly to P42, since apparently they don't have other means than their wiki (on which there's no specific answer yet) or their ticket system that requires a previous purchase of the product.

The same doubt arises to me for the new utility that looks interesting and that was released today named Taboo, for improving frames by disabling selected avionics in apparently most of the MSFS aircraft fleet.

Cheers, Ed

Any Club member that would want to share its experience with the A320 immersion and the iniBuilds A320?.

Much appreciated.

Hi Ed, see my latest stream. Sorry it's only the Fenix, but I believe they all appear the same.

Have a look at the bottom of this page:

Looks like only LatinVFR is missing features due to LatinVFR limitations.    All others OK.

I just purchased it, no time yet to fully test with the inibuilds A320, but the APU exhaust works well.

Cheers, Ed
