Installing msfs2020 map enhancement master

Featured Replies

I am new to the github environment.  I downloaded the project but I am having problems doing the installation. There is a Powershell sxript called build and run,  Not sure what to do to install msfs2020 map enhancement master??

Any help would be appreciated.  Still like the good ol Setup.exe.

Thanks!

I figured it out.  This was the source code I downloaded.  I now see the .EXE file.  Thanks!

7.6.2 is the latest version I believe, make sure to setup the cache and empty it after every flight. I use it in conjunction with Auto_FPS and the Frame Gen mod. I also find the latest Bing maps to be the best, select via the drop down box.

Hybrid is also great, depending on where you fly.

Might want to tweak the brightness a bit too. Sometimes it can look washed out, just like unprocessed satellite photos.

I only empty the cache file when I change maps (Google to New Bing and viceversa), otherwise I left it untouched (and growing until its maximum size of 30 Gb). I'm curious about why do you suggest to clean/delete it after every flight?.

I read it somewhere (can't remember where), but I have tried both ways and emptying the cache seems to give me better results.
