Logitech 3D Pro not working Win 11 ?

Featured Replies

As the title says, any ideas ?

I have the Logitech Extreme pro and it works fine with Windows 11.

Works fine here as well

When you are running "joy.cpl", is it listed?

Do not see "joy.cpl" anywhere, how do I get it, and where would I put it ?

Just hit the Windows Key and "R" together, then type it in and press enter.

Ok, did that, shows nothing, even though 3D Pro is plugged into the USB port

Tried compatibility mode Win 7, then 8, still nothing

As far as I am aware it should be 'plug and play'. This is how I installed it.

Sure doesn’t work that way for me, maybe a Win 11 update screwed it up ?, I contacted Logitech support, they basically said your SOL

Can you also check in device manager if it shows there, should be under "Human Interface Devices".
I am sure you already did, but try different USB ports. Use the ones that are directly connected to the mainboard.

It’s is listed there twice, one USB, one HID I believe, I’m at work now so can’t check it, but it is listed there twice

Right click both entries and uninstall. (Make sure Joystick is not connected). Reboot computer and try again ... good luck!
